A lipoma is a benign fatty tissue. The typical lipoma is a small, soft, rubbery lump located just beneath the skin. They are usually painless and are most often found on the upper back, shoulders, arms, buttocks, and upper thighs.
A groin strain is a tear or rupture to any one of the adductor muscles on the inside of the thigh. Symptoms include a sudden sharp pain and, depending on how bad the groin strain is, swelling and bruising may occur.
